License Terms.

The Single Project License grants you the right to use one Project 07 template in a single end product for a single client. That end product may be a website, web application, or digital presentation — but only one. The license is non-transferable and covers the purchaser only.

What is included. Access to all source files delivered at the time of purchase — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any included asset files. Twelve months of free updates from the date of purchase, delivered to the original purchase email.

Permitted use. You may customise the template in full — modify the layout, replace all content, rebrand every element. The finished product may be deployed for a paying client. You may charge for your time and service in delivering the project.

Not permitted. You may not use a Single Project License to build more than one end product. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template files themselves — modified or unmodified — with any third party. You may not make the source files available on any marketplace, repository, or file-sharing platform. Each additional project requires a separate license.

The Agency License is designed for studios and independent designers who build sites for multiple clients using the same template foundation. It covers an unlimited number of end products derived from a single purchased template.

What is included. Everything in the Single Project License, plus the right to build and deploy an unlimited number of client projects from the purchased template. White-labelling is permitted — you may present the delivered work as your own studio's output without reference to Project 07 or Maison Sacko.

Permitted use. You may use the template across unlimited client engagements. Each deployment may be fully customised. You may charge clients for the full project value without disclosure of the template cost. The Agency License covers one named studio or individual — it is not a team or enterprise seat.

Not permitted. Sub-licensing is not permitted under any circumstances. You may not grant your clients the right to use the template files independently, transfer the license to a third party, or resell the template itself — in whole or in part — as a standalone product. The Agency License covers your studio's output only, not the files themselves.

No warranty. Project 07 templates are provided as-is. Maison Sacko makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with any specific platform, browser, or third-party service. Use is entirely at your own risk.

Intellectual property. All templates, design systems, visual language, and source files in the Project 07 library remain the intellectual property of Maison Sacko. Purchase of a license grants you a right to use — it does not transfer ownership. The Project 07 mark, the Maison Sacko name, and all associated visual identities are reserved.

Refund policy. Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded. All sales are final. If you have not yet downloaded your files and believe a purchase was made in error, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction and we will review the case. We do not offer refunds on downloaded files under any circumstances.

Governing law. These license terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from a purchase or use of Project 07 templates shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
